In the event that you find your BOLDR product damaged or broken after accepting the delivery, for example, if the product has been damaged or broken in transit, please contact us with:
- A description of the damage(s)
- A picture of the damage(s)
- A picture of the outer packaging (eg if there are areas of impact or damage to packaging)
Once our Support Team has received the above, we will process a replacement and file a claim with the respective delivery partner.
*Please note that refusal to send photographs of damage will cause a delay in processing.
