Shipping & Payment Options

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in billing or shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events. 

SHIPPING RATES

All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Shipping fees vary depending on delivery address and order value. Shipping fees range from EUR 20 per order to EUR 70 per order. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and the order will be dispatched from our manufacturing facility or nearest fulfillment center. 

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and SplitIt. 

Please Note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
